Independent Label Market kicks off 2016 with its 12th London instalment this Easter. Following on from the success of last years Spring debut, ILM returns home to Old Spitalfields Market on Saturday 2nd April. As always, Independent Label Market will be supported by AIM – the Association of Independent Music and Last FM and new for 2016 in association with The Quietus.

We are very excited to be welcoming a number of new labels set to make their market debuts. Amongst these we have the trailblazing pirate radio and all round grime aficionados Butterz, DIY punk outsiders Fluffer, dance orientated Flumo, Flying Vinyl, Key Sound, FTD, Whities, Jahmek The World, Hot Salvation and a stall from the respected industry charity The Music Circle.

Whilst we welcome back heavy hitters from previous markets among them Gilles Peterson’s trailblazing Brownswood, the forward-thinking and fiercely unique Erased Tapes and of course the mighty Heavenly Recordings – home to the likes of psych-dreamers Temples.
